This is a blog. It's the kind of blog where I post things. All sorts of things. Fandom things, art things, hipster things (well, for a certain definition of "hipster", I supose). At heart, I am a fandom person. I like Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Doctor Who, Good Omens, Sherlock, and Les Mis. I'm also inordinately fond of fashion, art, tea, and corgis. I have a roleplay blog for a character of mine (the personification of the star Betelgeuse - I also really like outer space). If you're a roleplay blog and you're reading this, you're more than welcome to roleplay with me, with me acting as myself. (I'm similar enough to a fictional character where that's reasonable.)

I often post things that I made. I have conveniently tagged them as "mine". I also make posts related to myself, conveniently tagged as "this has been a self related post". Of these posts, many of them are angsty/pointless/stupid enough to make people want me to shut up. I have conveniently tagged them as "Smithy shut up". I personally have no triggers but I try to trigger-warn the things I post. I post about my own writing a lot, too.

My gender is dandy and my pronouns are they or him. I drink a lot of tea and I generally have no clue where my towel is. If you're familiar with TVTropes, then some tropes that especially apply to me are Sophisticated As Hell, Ambiguously Gay, Lack Of Empathy, The Cynic, Sad Clown, and Awesomeness By Analysis. My metaphorical spirit animal is Arthur Dent. People continually compare me to Aziraphale, the Doctor, Sherlock, and Oscar Wilde.
